In this hands-on cooking class, you'll learn the art of crafting exquisite homemade ravioli, a classic dish loved by many for its rich flavors and comforting textures.


We'll start by mastering the basics with a twist - a "Grilled" Caesar Salad made entirely from scratch. You'll learn how to create the crispy charred grilled lettuce for a unique flavor, and assemble a salad that's sure to impress.

Next, we'll delve into the heart of Italian cuisine with our main course: 4 Cheese Ravioli served with a savory pomodoro sauce and delicious Italian Sausage. You'll learn the secrets to working with fresh pasta dough, crafting the perfect cheese filling, and mastering the art of shaping and sealing ravioli.

To end on a sweet note, we'll prepare a delightful Zabaglione with Strawberries. This light and airy dessert is served with fresh fruit that will leave your taste buds dancing with joy.

Class Type:


We have many styles of classes. This class is geared for entertainment with cooking skills taught throughout the class. It is not expected for every guest to personally make every recipe. This class has a nice balance of group work as well as cooking in pairs.




  • This is a hands on cooking class with Chef Demonstrations, individual, and group work.






  • This class is for ages 18 and older.






  • Please come prepared with your ID if you plan on purchasing/consuming adult beverages. Outside beverages are not allowed.




  • Doors open 10 minutes before class starts.

Most of our classes can accommodate V, Vegetarian, Nut allergies, and most all other dietary restrictions. Please submit the form listed in the footer of our website prior to coming to class. We do our best to make substitutions. In the case we cannot substitute a suitable ingredient then it will be omitted from your ingredients.
