RECORDED - Tamales

Tamales are home cooked fellowship. They are a dish that brings people together in the kitchen to laugh, talk, and enjoy each other's company.

In this Sweet and Savory Classroom recorded class, we are going to keep with this tradition of food and fellowship. We will work together for a couple of seemingly short hours (because you'll be having so much fun) to create pots of steamy hot Tamales, a few sauces, and sides. The only break from tradition will be in the menu....one tamale maintains its classic roots as the other has a modern twist.
