This baking class offers an incredible opportunity to learn how to make two classic French breads: baguettes and brioche. Under the guidance of our expert baker, you will learn the techniques and secrets to making these two delicious breads from scratch.


In this class, you will learn how to create the perfect dough, how to shape and score baguettes, and how to create the perfect crust. You will also learn how to make brioche, the rich and buttery bread that is perfect for breakfast or brunch.


Throughout the class, our baker will share their knowledge and expertise, teaching you the importance of timing, temperature, and consistency. You will also have the opportunity to ask questions and get feedback on your creations, ensuring that you leave the class feeling confident and skilled.


At the end of the class, you will take home your freshly baked baguettes and brioche, ready to impress your family and friends with your newfound baking skills. Whether you are a seasoned baker or a beginner, this class is perfect for anyone who wants to learn the art of French baking and experience the joy of baking bread from scratch.


Baking Class Type:


We have many styles of classes. Baking classes focus on learning the techniques needed to accomplish your menu. It is not expected for every guest to personally make every recipe. Some ingredients may be scaled out before you arrive. In this class you may work individually and in groups. 



  • This is a hands on cooking class with Chef Demonstrations, individual, and group work.

  • This class is for ages 12 and older.

  • Please come prepared with your ID if you plan on purchasing/consuming adult beverages. Outside beverages are not allowed.

  • Doors open 10 minutes before class starts.

Most of our classes can accommodate V, Vegetarian, Nut allergies, and most all other dietary restrictions. Please submit the form listed in the footer of our website prior to coming to class. We do our best to make substitutions. In the case we cannot substitute a suitable ingredient then it will be omitted from your ingredients.
