About this experience

We call them appetizers but in Spain it’s called TAPAS and we have brought them to Chattanooga.


Small plates of fresh, extraordinarily prepared food, made to share. This will be an energetic class as making small plates requires lots of work, sweat, and cooking. The payoff is worth it as we all share in the many TAPAS dishes we prepare.


Expect to impress yourself as you develop flavors you never thought possible. This class is made to share with friends and family. The more the merrier as we cook, laugh, learn, and eat.


Menu:



  • Pan Con Tomate (Crusty bread with crushed tomatoes)

  • Castilian Garlic Soup

  • Chorizo and Egg Tortilla

  • Pimientos Rellanos (Stuffed Peppers)

  • Gambas al Ajillo (Garlic Shrimp)

  • And maybe a few other surprises…


Class Type:


We have many styles of classes. This class is geared for entertainment with cooking skills taught throughout the class. It is not expected for every guest to personally make every recipe. This class has a nice balance of group work as well as cooking in pairs.



  • This is a hands on cooking class with Chef Demonstrations, individual, and group work.

  • This class is for ages 18 and older.

  • Please come prepared with your ID if you plan on purchasing/consuming adult beverages. Outside beverages are not allowed.

  • Doors open 10 minutes before class starts.

To ensure the best service, groups of 8 or more will be billed gratuity. Gratuity will be billed separately once your reservation is received. We may also reach out via phone or email to gather more details about your group.


This class can accommodate V, Vegetarian, Nut allergies, and most all other dietary restrictions. Please submit the form listed in the footer of our website prior to coming to class. We do our best to make substitutions. In the case we cannot substitute a suitable ingredient then it will be omitted from your ingredients.
