It’s Valentines at the Classroom and we have designed an unforgettable experience for you. Get ready for a fun and entertaining time: The classroom provides the most unique Valentines experience in Chattanooga! We handcraft a new menu every year to delight your palate and impress your date, come to the classroom to build a deeper, richer relationship with your partner while laughing, cooking, and eating an excellent menu created with your own two hands.


Hold hands and deepen your love for one another, there is no better way to do this than to join our Valentines Cooking Class where you work together to prepare a meal that will astonish even you. Join us for Valentines for a menu that truly is set apart from past menus and make 2025 a year set apart for the best your relationship has to offer. With love and gratitude, let’s cook together!






Menu:


Romance in the French Riviera


Preset: Herbs de Provence. Homemade Bread. Olive Tapenade.


Appetizer: Socca. Hand Smashed Roasted Garlic Aioli.


Entree: Seared Fish. Nicoise Salad. Lavendar Honey.


Dessert: Mille-feuille (Napoleon Pastry)



Class Type:


We have many styles of classes. This class is geared for entertainment with cooking skills taught throughout the class. It is not expected for every guest to personally make every recipe. This class has a nice balance of group work as well as cooking in pairs.


  • This is a hands on cooking class with Chef Demonstrations, individual, and group work.



  • This class is for ages 18 and older.



  • Please come prepared with your ID if you plan on purchasing/consuming adult beverages. Outside beverages are not allowed.

  • Doors open 10 minutes before class starts.

Most of our classes can accommodate V, Vegetarian, Nut allergies, and most all other dietary restrictions. Please submit the form listed in the footer of our website prior to coming to class. We do our best to make substitutions. In the case we cannot substitute a suitable ingredient then it will be omitted from your ingredients.
